| The PACSA Team is a program developed by DJ La Sha', in partnership with community leaders, educators, businesses and residents to reward young performers who have shown service to their school, church or community. Although it would be impossible to recognize every worthy individual, we will choose one as often as possible. The chosen one will receive an award letter, presented at a ceremony during one of the events and one of the donated prizes. The organization's goal is to be able to award performing arts scholarships on a regular basis. 40-40 Vision will raise funds to assist talented individuals in our communities continue their education in the performing arts. 40-40 Vision will also assist with community projects such as community improvement and community moral-boosting events. Our hope is that the recognition each individual receives will encourage that person to continue the good work and become a positive member of the community. As others witness the positive reinforcement they will want to be winners also. Working hard, attaining goals and being a positive member of the community will become contagious. 40-40 Vision is dedicated to promoting teamwork in our communities while working toward improving their future. We must work together to grow into more productive members of society. Whether it be helping groups or one person at a time, 40-40 Vision will make a difference. Your organization can be a part of this exciting and empowering program that rewards the future men and women of the entertainment and arts industry. The name of your business will be included in an adjoining letter to each winner. We will advertise this program and contributing businesses on the internet and various forms of advertising resources. Your business can be a part of the growth of PACSA in America!
